Once your booking is successful, you'll receive a confirmation email.On some days, your preferred Saunli location may already be fully booked. You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the start of your session. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.If you cancel 48–96 hours before your session, you will receive a 50% refund.A €10 cancellation fee applies and will automatically be deducted from your refund.Alternatively, you can request a gift voucher for the value of your booking. In that case, we may be able to waive the cancellation fee.

Saunli saunas are available exclusively for private bookings of 2 to 6 people.The best part about a private Saunli experience is that you can choose to enjoy this unique sauna experience either as a couple or together with friends – with the entire sauna reserved exclusively for your group.

As a Hansefit member, you receive a €10 discount.You can find the discount code for your selected location in the Hansefit app. Please remember to check in using the app when you arrive at the sauna. The QR code is located in the entrance area of the Saunli sauna.

I’m often asked about this, and I’ve consciously decided against it.My concept is built around flexibility: different locations, changing group sizes, and individual bookings are unfortunately difficult to accommodate fairly with a traditional ten-visit pass.However, it is very important to me to show my appreciation for loyal customers.Those who visit regularly can always look forward to small extras or occasional invitations.If I ever lose track, for example because of different bookings, just let me know.
